Frequency of occurance: When I rewrite the bot's chat or reload it for a new chat

Expected behavior: The bot's reply will just appear in a few seconds

Actual behavior: The bot's chat take too long to generate when I rewrite the bot's chat or reload it for a new chat

This may be related to a mini-outage that we had. Everything should be back now!
