Flickering #102

So I was able to get a 3x3 grid of cameras to successfully appear and work.

That being said the feeds flicker as if there is something going on with the refresh rate. Any idea what kind of setting I should look into? I have a raspberry pi 4 with 8gbs so I feel like the hardware should handle this no problem. I also made sure to do the low quality feeds. Not sure what else could be causing this or how to fix.

Actually after a reboot it works fine. NVMD
