portrait mode #33

Currently it seems like its not possible to use this with portrait monitor. (rotate the screen 90 degree)

It would be nice if this was possible.

Once the monitor is configured in portrait mode in the OS, this package should work just fine. None of the fundamentals are changed by a portrait orientation.
