Feature Request - Development Mode #614

It would be great to see a 'Development Mode' option on the cPanel plugin.

When selected, the proxy to httpd (uncached) option should be set, alongside the 'proxy to master'.

When disabled, it would be great to have the settings previously selected, reverted.
