Service for organisation type #130

In order to allow the selection of the organisation type (#129), it would be nice to have a service enabled, that returns all currently saved organisation types. (same approach as with the periods.).

To do so, the first step is to save the organisation type with the Transfer collection. (#135)

As a result, everything concerning the service goes depends on the implementation of #135.

Service is available. (TPAService.organisationTypes)
