add updateFreq for SHM2 plugin (will ignore/drop data frames if freq > 1sec)
update SHM2 config section naming pattern ([server] -> [behavior])
add 'enabled' property for SHM2 and TripowerX sensor dictionaries; 'enabled'="false" sensors will not be published by ha_mqtt
