Buzzer noise #39

It would be possible to add a buzzer to the defending player's interface when his time elapses.

Got an idea for this. Gonna put a buzzer <audio> element on the page, and then I'll trigger the playing of that audio element when time's up. Trigger should only happen for the player who was defending.

Step one, find a buzzer I don't hate.
