Rewrite the launcher front-end

• improved config file format (XML?)
• save file display and selection
• access to ifarchive for browsing and download of story files

Have re-coded the launcher maintaining the existing functionality and some improvements...

• the way the settings are managed and edited
• the games list file is just a games list file
