Automatically unfollow fully owned series that are completed #5

When all volumes of a series are owned and if the series contains the "completed" tag, the series should be unfollowed to avoid unnecessary calls to the JNC api.

Looks like "fully translated" is the tag to look for. Completed just means all volumes have been published in their original language.
