config for disabling the "question mark" item from corrupted void altars

sometimes it's frustrating to have a really good item for your build be eradicated. a config for that would be really nice.

Will have to take a look at how it's networked. If the server has authority over it it will be possible, but no idea otherwise. No promises though.
