I've opened an issue regarding this item over a month ago, and I thought the latest patch fixed it since it appeared on the logbook, but Elegy of Extinction (the new lunar equipment) is actually not in the drop pool. It doesn't appear in the Items section of RulebookUnlocker, and doesn't show up during runs. Sorry it took me a while to notice this.
