Support manager stored support did not get removed from player's comm menu

• player stored support
• support was removed from their current supports in support manager
• support was not removed from comm menu

Steps to reproduce:

1. add a support to the manager

   ["KISKA_CAS_gunsRockets_templateClass"] call KISKA_fnc_supportManager_addToPool_global;

2. open support manager
3. take the support
4. attempt to store the support

Produces the error:

[BIS_fnc_removeCommMenuItem] [X] Item 0 not found in the comm menu
