RPC appears to have been requested twice from client.

Suspect that the server RPC'd to all players but then the request came in from the client and asked for a direct RPC.

It's also worth mentioning that the CCM_fnc_fadeAudioSource seems to have failed to wait for the audio to complete a fade before proceeding and/or was stopped prematurely.
