[BUG] Event music plays on top of other music #15

Describe the bug Event music that plays during generic instances (like completing a quest) plays over top of the CCM music.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Complete a quest.

Expected behavior Event music does not play or the current type of music is overriden.
