On start up, there is still a point where you can hear a vanilla song before the music is stopped #3

This seems related to the use of NetworkLevelLoader.Instance.IsOverallLoadingDone which seems to finish at least 0.5s after the music object for the loaded scene is created. May have to find a different loading bool to reference.
