Fedora Update Randomly Fail #3

When Building with Fedora when updating the cache it will sometimes fail to contact updates. Seemingly at random. Investigation will need to be done to the cause.

Seems to be an issue with network connectivity, I question if it is on the Fedora server side because if I rebuild on any of the builds it will just take care of itself 90% of the time.

Seems to have been some server connectivity issues over the weekend as no errors have occurred in the last two days. Will leave open for a couple days in case it resurfaces.
