[seekrep] simulate mud "seek" output with 0% entered for "missing" resistances #13

Some (many) enemies just don't have resists listed if they are unmodified, which can make it difficult to read even base seek output. Maybe a mode for a faux mud output that includes 0% for the "missing" resists.
