[seekrep] default behavior to show all resists? #6

Could default behavior be to show all resist data to default channel instead of a massive ugly note?

Changed default seekrep [target] (without arguments) behavior to show all resists, sorted lowest first. It's still very blocky data so I'll probably have to revisit the output formatting, and include this as part of it. For now, fixed.
