Now that ALAN Beta8 has been finally released, we must switch to using UTF-8 encoding in ALAN sources, solutions and transcripts.

[x] Tweak EditorConfig settings for ALAN files.
[x] Manually convert:
[x] ALAN sources — *.alan and *.i to UTF-8 BOM.
[x] Solutions — *.a3s to UTF-8 BOM.
[x] Tweak toolchain scripts to enforce ARun being invoked with UTF-8 switches (not strictly necessary, but better to do so).
[x] Transcripts — *.a3t will be automatically re-generated suing UTF-8 (no BOM).
[x] AsciiDoc Toolchain
[x] Remove ISO encoding settings from all include:: directives handling ALAN sources and transcripts.
[x] Drop any conversion from ISO to UTF-8 in the toolchain (not sure if there's any left, worth checking).
[x] Update READMEs accordingly.
NOTE — We also need to consider whether we should include the ALAN Beta8 SDK binaries in the repository _assets/ directory (untracked by Git) to ensure that all tests and transcripts use the exact Beta version against which the StdLib was tested and designed for.
