users have the ability to drag issues into the scheduled column without being required to fill in the event and date. when there is an event with status "scheduled" that hasn't had those fields filled in, clicking on the "To Be Given" page link produces the pointy knight.
Can we update this so that 1) users are prompted to choose the event and date when the set a status to scheduled? or 2) notify the user that there is a least one award rec w/ status "scheduled" that is missing event and date fields?
