Add dropdown indicator to fields that are dropdowns

Currently without clicking/touching into a field it's impossible to tell if it's a text box or a dropdown. This leads to some confusion on the award rec form. Just add that little grey triangle-down on the far right.

All of the dropdown fields are autocomplete fields that can be typed into so they 'kinda' both. All of these autocomplete fields do have "clear" buttons next to them to clear a selection.

But we will look into how to both manage the "clear" button and an arrow or something to make the use more clear.
