Export from Award Events is not exporting special characters correctly to CSV.

For Example Órlaith inghean Uí hUallacháin

is exporting to CSV as:

Ã“rlaith inghean UÃ hUallachÃ¡in

namecharactersnot Issue isn't reproducing for me. I did it with the "in progress" and "event" pages.
