[REQ] [Update] Minidlna 1.3.0 #11

I beg of you, whomever has a buildchain up and ready, could you please compile the latest minidlna 1.3.0 (released Nov 2020 ).

What I'm interested in this version is the patch that solves LG webos support for flac 24bit by adding the MIME type in the client descriptors (present in core clients.c starting from 1.3.0). I can play 24bit flac files on the tv natively by using a upnp controller but I can't enumerate the files from the dlna server using the tv's client browser without this. (hopefully it is fixed) I can enumerate them from other clients, like WMP on Windows though.
