why do you say that it is misleading ? I couldn't find anything 'misleading' on my disconnected devices, be it 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz.
Also, note, the capabilities for 5Ghz differ from those on 2.4Ghz
I think I understand. You are suggesting that if the device is abruptly disconnected while monitoring then the Device Capabilities should be blank instead of showing the last known list (isn't showing the last known for you? please provide screenshot for both connected and disconnected).
I disagree on that:
Device Capabilities
list doesn't change in a normal usage (except when switching bands) Active
state which tells you what are the Capabilities currently in use so no need for Device Capabilities
to show an empty list in case of disconnection. Thanks for following up @Dark4Codrutz !
Here's a screenshot of the very same device before the disconnection. The information reported after the disconnection are different, and not the last known.

(see attachment)Expected: the
Device Capabilities
field should either report the "last observed" capabilities for disconnected clients (preferred?), or it should be empty.I discovered this issue while troubleshooting connection issues with a client.
