Hello

I want to configure QoS to see if it can improve the stability of my VoIP calls. Maybe if I can understand that much I can even try to configure further for gaming.

But I am a layperson and I don't know where to start. I can see there are already some (default?) queues and values already set up. Should I leave it as is? Is there some how-to guide on how to configure these two tabs (Queue, Classification).

Made some minor changes here and there and probably made things worse 😂😪

I did try a lot of googling but got so stuck and didn't know where else to turn. Hope you would provide some guidance or suggestions please. Thank you!

The default rules should work as indented. AS I UNDERSTAND IT: By default QoS only manages local packets (LAN and WiFi inter-devices communication). You would want to enable QoS on WAN interface as well so it prioritises packets going outside of your network.

Is it worth noting that QoS only helps when your network is busy (multiple people making requests). If you are the only one using the network at one given moment and you are still facing VOIP issues then it might not be a matter of Quality of Service from your end, or even a matter of QoS at all.
