The domain name remains "homenet.telecomitalia.it" while in "Local Network" card, "Domain Name" field was given another name #1169

I've set from the GUI card "Local Network", "Domain Name" field the domain name "localdomain", but the DHCP server continue to assign to the hosts the domain name "homenet.telecomitalia.it".

Thus i've edited the file /etc/config/dhcp: the option domain have value "homenet.telecomitalia.it"; setting this value with the desired name ("localdomain", in my case), after reboot the DHCP server assign correct name.

compare, and maybe try a replace /usr/share/transformer/commitapply/uci_dhcp.ca with /rom/usr/share/transformer/commitapply/uci_dhcp.ca

I modified the file _/usr/share/transformer/commitapply/ucidhcp.ca as you indicated (in fact, I replaced all the content)

I changed the content of the "domain name" field again

but in the file /etc/config/dhcp no changes have been made

I add that the domain name "localdomain" is added at the end of the file; I also find this IP, 151.99.125.1, completely unknown to me...

This IP address (151.99.125.1) is in the code of the _tch0020-network-lan files contained in the various subfolders in the path /etc/boards (but not in the subfolder VBNT-S, my board).

So the issue is tottaly different, a different, uci path is getting modified by the webui, pretty sure due to some changes made by the new firmwares..
