Device Model: TG799, GUI Version [ 8.8.56 ]

Description of problem: Off-line install gets stuck part-way (see no ports) and will not allow switch to cards.

How to reproduce (if possible): Initial install from /tmp

Retried and it went through to completion with no issues.
