"Limit Reached: You only have 0 spaces around the app" #3

The error message "Limit Reached: You only have 0 spaces around the app" is always shown at the top of the screen. I hid an app and now I want to restore it, but nothing happens when I press X on the bubbles that are striked out.

I added a bunch of apps to a folder and the restore function is working again. Bubble was restored but not to the original location page 2, instead it landed on page 3.

I'm getting this error too and moving apps around didn't fix anything
