Add simple output viewer that allow viewing the matrix result for an output. The user can choose the area/link/district + year/synthesis + general/thermal/renew/record years + time granularity

The path to the different matrix is composed as output/{output_name}/{mode}/{synthesis_or_year}/{item_type}/{item_id}/{data_type}-{timestep} with :

output_name, the name of the output retrieved in getStudyOutputs
mode, the mode in the settings of the output (in the result of getStudyOutputs)
synthesis_or_year: "mc-all" if synthesis else "mc-ind/xxxxx" if year with "xxxx" the year with padded 0
item_type: areas or links
item_id: {area_id} or {area_id_1} - {area_id_2} (make sure the links listing has link with first area alphabetically before second area)
data_type: general -> values, thermal -> details, renewable -> details-res, record -> id (only in synthesis)
timestep: "hourly", "daily", "weekly", "monthly", "annual"
