[ANT-661] Outputs - Aggregate view

Requirements

In AntaresSimulator, it is possible to aggregate all areas (or links/binding constraints/thermal clusters/renewable clusters) of an output variable. Similar to Synthesis or Year by Year. The aggregation function depends on the nature (the unit) of the variable: in most case, it is a sum (specification is missing).

Add a view to aggregate values for all areas/links/... on a variable (showing year by year the aggregated values on every time step of the granularity chosen)

What to do

• define a new interface in the webapp (UX)
• develop the aggregation functions
• provide a tool to export the result in TSV (or Excel) format.
