Handle --keepMps properly when running fully in memory

When we will have full run in memory (from antares to benders), we should not forget to handle --keepMps properly. Either:

instead of not removing files it will probably have to write files.
Keep current behaviour but also write files at the beginning of benders step as if it had been produced by problem generation
