New Antelope chains have been asking how to join the coalition Need to define what the entry process would be to allow when/how/who

need an "approval" framework to determine if a new chain qualifies

• define thresholds
• need to revisit the financial model and impact if new chains join (including buy in fee)
• how do new chains impact the governance model (30/30/20/20)?
• should we have defined windows for new applicants (eg every six months or year)?
• we should create a WG to discuss and develop a proposal
