ENF will not propose a full bid for the current RFP scope due to resource constraints and priorities ENF is interested in bidding on a subset of requirements: BR01/BR02/BR03 + TR01-05 (exclude other reqs.) Vote to allow ENF to bid on subset of requirements WAX: Yes UX: Yes Telos: Yes ENF: Abstain

Can use the Tuesday Scalability mtg to discuss
