Ted to have second mtg with OCI; OCI still defining package

Ted working with OCI to get a framework; OCI in process of putting together a package

Proposal auf Guilllaume to initiate a weekly or bi-weekly developer platform for Antelope. He will work on a proposal for this concept.

Target to educate existing and new developers and allow outreach to new audiences.

Nathan Duft (Telos) and Stephen to support the activity.

Waiting on OCI's next level proposal on how they will scale solution, pricing, etc. may review next week W/Th (10/19 or 20)

ENF engineers will provide an overview on core concepts (Guillaume will record and distribute)

Ted has a training program outline provided by OCI; will forward to Coalition TG group OCI suggesting January roll out date, pending contract process

Two more mtgs scheduled with OCI to review the framework proposed by OCI

ENF met with OCI several times; concerns on how the program was crafted. Feedback provided to OCI about desired changes to the program framework. OCI in process of redesigning the billing structure and program framework. No ETA on when restructuring will be complete.
