Add a man page for DUNE. #126

Use as an example the same format and approach as in the antler-proj, i.e. write a markdown file and convert it to the man page with pandoc utility.

@stephenpdeos it seems you mixed this new issue with the issue https://github.com/AntelopeIO/antler-proj/issues/10 for updating of documentation for antler-proj which is actually completed.
