Upgrade reference-contract to newest version [release 1.1.2?] #195

This is merge to release/1.1 as we should patch previous release.

Resolves #194 Now we are always taking the latest CDT, leap and reference-contracts.

Tieing with fixed versions will happen in separate issue: https://github.com/AntelopeIO/DUNE/issues/182
