Cloud backend #218

DUNES' current backend is Docker. We should also have an additional backend that would connect to Github workspaces and to gitpod as the execution backend.

Dependency - per Iteration Planning meeting - tasks https://github.com/AntelopeIO/DUNE/issues/218 and https://github.com/AntelopeIO/DUNE/issues/219 should not be implemented in parallel.
