Add ability to send options to cleos for keys --deploy and --send-action #64

These keys work with the core functionality of DUNE - contracts, but without ability to use options for cleos functionality of these keys is very limited. For example I want to work in my code with a contract but I even can't check was it deployed or no and if it was then remove it.
