Use the RELAX NG to ensure IDness.

Having the Saxon transformer instance that does the Schematron checking cache IDs just makes the cache bigger.

Validating IDs and IDREFs in Relax NG added in 0.2.0.

$skipped-properties in property-schematron-dump.xsl and its override in axf-property-schematron-override.xsl have been in for a while.
