Is there an easy way to include the mainbooktitle in the bookmarks?

/bookmap/booktitle/mainbooktitle

Do you want to make the link to mainbookmark entry bookmak which point to the cover page? Or is it unnecessary?

Yes, a link to the cover page is preferred.

Ⅰ will investigate whether it is possible to make a link to the cover because PDF5-ML has two type of cover pages. One is simple cover and the other is generated by special authoring.

Implemented in the newest master branch. To test this capability, set add.map.title.to.bookmark to yes.
