Figure numbering issue #204

One of our writers reported an issue with figure numbering. The original topic was a reference, but I also created a concept with the same content for testing purposes.

Please see attached sample set.

The figures in question immediately follow a table.

Here is the newest build result using master branch.

Are you using the newest one? (Recently I've added several bug fixes in master branch.)

I just realized that there are figures in the table without titles. That explains the gap in the numbering sequence.

Thanks, I will update our base PDF5.ml plugin with the latest master branch.
