Can't login after Install if non English(Russian) language selected #73

After new install from LiveCD with Gnome-Shell DE, I can't login. My password was set up in English, but only Russian available in login screen. I can check it by manually entering user name. Issue affected not only LightDM, but GDM too. Probably when I set Russian Language for installation interface it also setting only language in input source.
