Latest version of matching functions app was not used, leading to Antigen mismatch being called a match

Locus B should have 2 antigen mismatches, but AtN-DEV Atlas ScoreBatch function is calling position 1 an antigen match.

Investigation

• ConvertHla function on AN-Dev returns expected serology which does not overlap between patient and donor
• Could not replicate the bug locally, despite using same version of code (current HEAD of master): debugged ScoreBatch function locally, whilst pointing at DEV instance of HMD, and the results were correct (i.e., both positions at B were correctly deemed as antigen mismatches).
• Restarted the DEV matching functions app, and now ScoreBatch is returning the correct results.

So the code is fine, but for some reason Azure was not using the latest version. This reminds me of an issue I saw a while back during Atlas dev, but I still don't know the exact cause.
