Easy Setup for ZMK Firmware #1

Hi there,

I printed out and built the board from jlcpcb and am trying to get it to work with a nice!nano instead of the bluemicro, but I'm running into problems getting the firmware to work exactly. I see that the firmware guide is still under construction (I totally understand), but do you have a quick and dirty tips for getting it up and running in github using the Nice!Nano? Is there a comparable shield I could use to build out my own firmware?

Great work on the board by the way, -C

Hi,

i just ordered my parts and ordered the board with jlcpcb, have nice!nano`s on the way too, did you managed to use the firmware provided to flash the shields? If so, i just realised there are no power off switches, how do you turn off the keyboard?

Maybe also drop the info here directly. Simply follow the tutorial on the ZMK website and choose the Lilly58 board.

There is no pad on the board for an on/off switch. I use nice!nano clones without OLEDs and enabled deep sleep. Currently this last for approximately 1 month without charging.
