Unable To Start Program #16

I'm trying to build this program to have it modified, I already downloaded in 
the project
page, the source code and open build/kinect-ultra.sln. I set the working 
directory to ".." in the project's preference. But I got this error "Unable to 
start program 'D:\kinect-ultra\build\Debug\kinect-ultra.exe'.
The system cannot find the specifiec file"

I checked under my debug program it doesn't have the .exe file yet no matter 
how many times I build and rebuild the program.

What can be the solution for this?

In your D:\kinect-ultra\build\Debug directory, do you have 
kinect-ultra-debug.exe, or no .exe at all?
