Chrome 21 pop-up blocker blocks Facebook Login and Authentication Box lauched by SDK #431

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clean install and clear cache on Chrome 21
2. http://www.pizap.com/pizap-app.php?initialstate=background&width=1335&var1=
3.start an edit and then click on the "connect to Facebook" link. 
4.Chrome will block the facebook login box as a popup.

Still seeing this with Version 32.0.1700.76 m on Win7 x64. Strange thing is its 
only the Facebook pop-up that is being blocked, Google+ & Twitter signup links 
work just fine.
