Updated CheatEngine 6.8.1 -> 6.8.2 #318

I found a way to dynamically get the version with and without the dots using the choco environment variables.

Removed the v prefix in the auto-update key because it only works with v6.8.1. See https://github.com/cheat-engine/cheat-engine/issues/477

I also tested the package locally to make sure it installs and uninstalls correctly 😄

Sorry for the delay, we've had a baby since you posted 😄! I already merged and published a 6.8.3 update. But, these new choco environment vars are pretty interesting. Let me get acquainted!
