[parsec] Added AutoHotkey dependency and scripts to "silence" the installation process #332

Dependency to AutoHotkey.Portable added to auto-click the installer. The installer is hidden immediately, hiding the removal window unfortunately did not work, so it is only minimized. The removal process is pretty quick and it is not really noticeable.

Tested the package installation/removal with Windows 10 a couple of times.
