Update to depend on OpenJDK rather than Oracle JDK #354

OpenJDK is recommended for Ghidra by NSA, and due to Oracle's license changes, it just makes more sense to follow those recommendations.

Definitely! I merged, but I'll have to rebuild and publish the package later today (I'm mobile right now).
