gh-360 to be closed - as of 6.2.1 rsync uses the Windows profile directory rather than CWRSYNC_HOME - .ssh should now be picked up from the Windows user profile.
gh-368 to be closed - as of 6.2.0 (with a /User parameter) and 6.2.1 (no parameter required) it is possible to install rsync without administrative permissions if the Chocolatey install is configured to support a non-administrative install.
Rsync package maintenance has been migrated to https://github.com/dgalbraith/chocolatey-packages/tree/master/automatic/rsync so the package can be removed.
